1. Agreement to Terms

Only one personal account is permitted per individual, per household, and per shared IP address. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

3. Account Responsibilities

12. Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to your designated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification checks.

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any associated policies.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
